Version française

Artist in residence at [ars] numerica from 19 January to 30 January 2009

Tombe (with words) is a classic projection of a vertically framed image, like a painting.
Words, phrases, and letters, enter the visual field, moving slowly and falling from the top to the bottom, as in a kind of weightlessness, slowed by their displacement in a liquid element. The idea of a passage once again haunts this work, but here, this idea is accompanied by a peculiar, deadly emotion, an emotion that was already present in the name of the work: Tomb. All the falling words are written in French.
